I always keep all the combat and damage related difficulty settings on 'Realistic' and the Unit Recruitment and Campaign Map Movement difficulties on Very Easy -- Because I'm too lazy to make people like me enough to hire their troops. #1. Hasbulat Feb 5, 2022 @ 12:25pm.
Best answer is to aim lower. You pretty much have to point the camera at your feet and hope you're still heading in the right direction. 1. nf5. • 4 yr. ago. If it's anything one handed, you're going to want to aim really low. Like, aim for guys brushing your feet and aim down at the ground.
Wiping out an entire faction takes a long time in this game, especially depending on your difficulty setting. The more factions you destroy, the harder the others get as time passes and their own lands expand. Furthermore, this doesn't answer the question of how to improve faction relations - quite the opposite.
The way the game works is you would also be able to mitigate some of the difficulty through how you build your character. For example if you took the athletic perk mighty blow and got over 200 hitpoints and the best armor which you could move well with high athletics in a way you would already drastically reduce player damage far beyond 25%
2. Mount & Blade is a "sandbox" game, which means that it's more of a simulation than a typical game. There is no end goal, no ultimate win condition. This can be very frustrating at times, because you never know if you "should" be doing this or that. But that's also one of the most beautiful aspects of the game.
