Some tuning you could do if you're trying to race or even just get it under control is lower the tire pressure (make sure you have snow tires on cause winter sucks) for a bit more traction, a bit of toe in on the back (or front) can help with straight-line traction, make your final gear ratio longer and go easier on the throttle so you're not

Turn 10 seems to have a hard on for limiting extremely high horsepower to exotic cars like lambos, ferraris, etc. Both the 2jz from the Supra and the RB26DETT from the Skylines is capable of well over 1000hp, I've seen 1320 post dynos of an RB26 at 1600hp, yet you can barely hit 900hp in FH4 without engine swapping the R34. It's so stupid.
A few tuning tips for FH5 that I've discovered. #1 - stiff springs are not bad in this game. Losing grip, stiffen the springs. I've got my 99 viper almost max stiff in the rear, and it handles beautifully. #2 - Most ARB settings are reversed. Stability Control is very similar to Traction Control in Forza Horizon 5, so all the reasons why Traction Control is a bad idea when drifting are also applicable to stability Control. Generally, you would want this setting turned OFF for maximum control in-game, and to make initiation of the drift easier.
