It’s not your headphones’ fault. A lot of folks got a new set of Apple or Beats wireless headphones or earbuds for the holidays, only to discover that things don’t sound as good as expected It's like saying that the Beats are better than dollar store headphones, it's true but you are setting the bar so low. Beats tend to have mediocre tuning, bad durability, bad technicalities and are overpriced. They have good features (for iPhones) and some people like the bass boost but there are better options on the market.

If you want something that will deliver a superior gaming quality sound, a dedicated gaming headset is the best option. Especially when you consider how expensive Beats headphones are. The last thing you want is to shell out that kind of money thinking it is a gaming headset only to experience mic issues or a lacking bass quality.
There’s a bit of back and forth over whether they’re good for gaming because Beats headphones aren’t engineered with gaming and online conversations in mind.
